In 2002, he joined Ernst & Young (EY), one of the world’s leading Big Four firms, gaining comprehensive experience in audit, assurance, and advisory across industries including banking and finance, real estate, plantations, transport, healthcare, manufacturing, trading, and non-profit organizations.

He is based in Sydney, Australia, and is a Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka), Associate Member of CPA Australia, and an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. He also holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy & Financial Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is completing his MBA in Finance at the University of Bedfordshire, UK.
Throughout his career, Omila has held senior leadership roles in multinational organizations including Cinemacity Group (UAE), Gulf Film LLC (Dubai), RTA Sri Lanka, and Hospitality Equipment 2020 Pty Ltd (Australia). He also brings strong Big Four experience, having served at Ernst & Young and KPMG in Sri Lanka, Qatar, and the Middle East. His expertise covers financial accounting and reporting, taxation, ERP implementation, payroll, auditing, and internal controls, with proficiency in systems such as QuickBooks, Xero and MYOB.
Omila has a proven record of driving financial efficiency and business transformation. Notable achievements include establishing a Shared Service Center that processed 20,000+ supplier invoices and payroll for 12,000 employees monthly, negotiating a US$ 3.6 million cost-saving lease contract, and streamlining reporting timelines by over 70%. His strategic initiatives in procurement, process automation, and financial governance have delivered significant value to the organizations he has served.

Niroshana Chaminda is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of
extensive experience in accounting, auditing, banking, and financial management. He is based
in Auckland, New Zealand, and is an Associate Member of Chartered Accountants
Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ), ACCA (UK), a Fellow Member of CA Sri Lanka,
and a member of ACMA (Sri Lanka). Academically, he holds a Master of Professional
Accounting from Victoria University of Wellington, a Master in Financial Economics from
University of Colombo, and a B.Sc. in Accountancy (Special) from University of Sri
Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.
Niroshana began his career at Ernst & Young, Sri Lanka, where he gained valuable
grounding in auditing and financial advisory. He later served as an Accountant at Palwatte
Sugar Ltd, the largest sugar manufacturing company in Sri Lanka. He then moved into
banking, serving for more than 17 years at DFCC Bank, Sri Lanka, where he gained deep
expertise in corporate finance, credit management, and strategic financial leadership. His career
has given him wide exposure to industries such as manufacturing, banking, plantations,
hospitality, education, and retail, strengthening his ability to advise clients across diverse sectors.
